16 Easy Clean Friction Hinge R/H". The Nico Easy Clean Egress Friction Hinge allows specifiers and fabricators to conform to BS 5588, Part 1: 1990 and satisfies Building Regulations which demand a clear opening for emergency egress. Designed and manufactured for accuracy and precision in action, the Nico Egress Hinge quickly provides the minimum required opening of 500mm wide by 850mm high with a simple one-handed operation. Designed for easy and safe cleaning, the Easy Clean Egress has no awkward catches or buttons and remains safe and stable due to a design feature that locks the two sliding mechanisms.
