How to Order

Placing an order with Vellacine is easy. There is no need to create an account before you can order and you can complete your order online.

Note: Orders outside of the UK or orders with large quantities can be made by telephone. Please contact us for further information regarding this.

To order an item, first you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Once you have located a desired product you can add it to your own Shopping Basket by selecting “Add to Basket”. You can review the contents of your shopping basket at any time by selecting “View Basket” in the right hand corner of the screen.

Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket and wish to purchase the items select the "Checkout" button and follow the on screen instructions. You will be prompted to add a delivery name and address and payment details.

Note: This section of the website is fully secured and uses SSL encryption to guarantee you a safe and secure method of purchasing items online.



Once you have entered your payment information select "Confirm Order" to complete the order and send your order information to us. You will then receive an email from us that confirms receipt of your order and will contain further information such as delivery estimates.
