What payment methods can I use?

We accept VISA, Electron, Delta, MasterCard and SOLO cards for online orders.

Will I get sent a confirmation email for a confirmed order?

Once you have confirmed your order an email will be sent to the email account specified by you in the ordering process. If you do not receive an email receipt immediately please allow for up to twenty four hours before contacting us to report a missing email receipt. Please also check the Junk/Spam email folder of your email inbox as the email may have been automatically moved here.

How secure is my online order?

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for all transactions in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our server as well as your computer.

Do you deliver overseas?

At present we do not offer non-UK delivery for online orders. For further information please see the delivery section.
